Dave,

Start with the likes of Wilson Toyota (Bellingham), and see where it gets you. It's been two years since I bought mine, so I can't really help. Go through the comments on all other Prius posts - other dealers have been mentioned.

I live in Vancouver and I'm interested in a Toyota Venza with navigation and blue tooth. I would appreciate if anyone (Oren?) could email me some dealers close to the border who I can do business with. For those wanting to be under the radar, please email me at mhabw@hotmail.com. Thanks!

Note that pricing for the new Prius has not been announced yet in Canada - probably sometime next week. Then it's all an issue of (a) Canadian pricing, (b) exchange rate, (c) finding a Toyota dealer in the US who'll deal with you (this is the most difficult part).

Same as with the HCH. Well, if someone saves a few thousand dollars, he doesn't care about the Fahrenheit and US mpg. Someone is interested into my HCH and calling me on Friday. I need to sell it firs if i want to consider getting a Prius. Thanks for the answer.

Hi Andre,

On the Gen II Prius there's a button that switches the speedometer from MPH to KPH. The rest you cannot change - Fahrenheit, MPG etc. The odometer is also in miles. I'm told (someone posted on the PriusChat forum) that the same is true for the Gen III.

The speedometer switch satisfies RIV requirements in this regard - no modification required.

Great! I am selling my 06 HCH and seriously considering the new Prius. I am wondering how easy it is to convert the display from US units to metric? Is it just a question of software?
P.S. You made a small typo into your introduction, Prius II instead of Prius III.
